Prince William is a royal hero as he rushes to help elderly man after he dramatically collapses during visit with Kate Middleton

Prince William quickly jumped to Lord Lieutenant Jonathan Douglas-Hughes' aid as he collapsed in front of Kate Middleton and staff at the Stewards Academy in Harlow.
Wills appeared to brush the Lord's shoulders and made sure he was unharmed before they continued their visit.
The royals visited the academy to see how children's mental health charity Place2Be helps support young people in school.
She also opted for her favourite nude court shoes teamed with a matching clutch bag.
Kate wore her brunette tresses in voluminous waves and kept accessories minimal with a pair of diamond earrings and a silver necklace.
It comes after a series of royal engagements helping to change the conversation about mental health as part of their Heads Together campaign.
Kate refused to let the bad weather dampen her fashion choices as she stepped out in a playful polka dot dress for the occasion.
The ensemble featured buttons down the front and a modest slit up one leg.
Prince William co-ordinated his outfit which featured a white shirt with a dark purple polka dot tie and a blue blazer.
