The Canadian government is seeking a stronger partnership with the Nigerian government to reduce the burden of child marriage in Africa’s most populous nation. A woman is accused of spitting at a man while she clutches a toddler after being confronted for allegedly parking in HIS driveway. Startling footage of the incident has been uploaded to YouTube and shows the pair in an argument that gets increasingly heated.
