Holding her head in her hands, the Love Island star struggled to put one foot in front of the other as she left Bubbles Beach Club in Liverpool.
Clutching her mobile phone and clutch bag in one hand, Jessica held her head and tried to hide her face from photographers as she made her way home.
Wearing a tight black pencil skirt with a low-cut crop top, she put her tanned and toned figure on display.
But those stacked stiletto heels weren't doing her any favours, and before long the 22 year old lost her footing.

Jess swayed on her heels while her male friend struggled to keep her upright.
She then suddenly crashed to the pavement – rolling on her back.
Luckily her friend came to her rescue and gave her a few encouraging words before coaxing her back up to her feet.
While appearing on Love Island in 2015, the glamour model was the first to set the steamy tone of the series.

She got down to business with fellow contestant Joshua Ritchie after only a few hours of knowing each other. 
Jess went on to win the show with Charlotte Crosby’s ex-boyfriend Max Morley.
