Is Zayn Malik quitting music for 'huge Hollywood role'?

Pillow Talk singer is reportedly working on a new TV series

ZAYN Malik might have been the first member of One Direction to have a successful solo singing career.

But now it looks like the Pillow Talk singer has another career in mind completely.

The 23 year old has reportedly bagged his first big role in Hollywood.

Zayn will help create a new TV series about a fictional boyband, according to The Sun.

Working with the creators of US series Entourage, Zayn is said to be on board as the Executive Producer.

And thanks to his sharp rise to fame from his first audition on The X Factor – Zayn will have all the experience he needs.

"This is a big deal for Zayn. He has been keen to get stuck into different projects outside of music and this is the perfect move," a source said.

"It’s a subject he knows lots about and he will call upon his experiences to advise the scriptwriters on the show."

Entourage – created by Doug Ellin – was a huge success, running for eight series before a film was released last year.

Zayn recently admitted that he put his acting dreams on hold when he joined One Direction

"I started acting when I was in school with theatre studies and then music came afterwards," he told Elle. "The acting completely stopped because I joined the band, but I'd definitely be interested if I was given the right part."
