Cold as ice! Ben Shepherd stuns Kate Garraway as he yanks her into a freezing bath live on Good Morning Britain

He threatened to throw her into a vat of mud during one of their fun-filled broadcasts earlier this year.
And while Ben Shepherd had a change of heart on that occasion, on Friday morning's Good Morning Britain he shocked Kate Garraway when he pulled her into an ice bath in the studio.
Following an interview with Beverley Knight, Ben took the plunge in a freezing cold bath after GMB pledged to donate a lofty sum to the Children's Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) which he has been raising money for.
The presenter ran the distance with Ivan Hollingsworth, from Whitley Bay, whose son Seb had a six-hour life-saving operation when he was just 16-weeks-old.
Ben, clad in shorts and t-shirt, tentatively lowered himself into the tub, grimacing as more and more of his body became submerged
